The lovers, the dreamers and me.

One of my recent posts about “the old man and the sea” garnered several comments wondering what that man was thinking of. And Sheri de Gromm http://sheridegrom.wordpress.com commented on how she liked how my titles lead the viewer, so I thought I would do a small retrospective of some my photos that I think provoke one to wonder, in general, what are they thinking about?

Cue for a song…

Why are there so many songs about rainbows
and what’s on the other side?
Rainbows are visions, but only illusions,
and rainbows have nothing to hide.
So we’ve been told and some choose to believe it.
I know they’re wrong, wait and see.

Someday we’ll find it, the rainbow connection,

The lovers…

The dreamers…

And me.

The lovers, the dreamers and me

“Rainbow Connection” is a song written by Paul Williams and Kenneth Ascher and originally performed by the character of Kermit the Frog (Jim Henson) in The Muppet Movie in 1979.
