Sydney October 2014 – November 2015 (6 photos)
Locally, Sculpture by the Sea is one of the best events to find people interacting with and imitating large scale art works.
In particular, Quotidianity “the brothers” (2013) by Fabio Pietrantonio attracted people who wanted to have their photo taken with the sculpture. Some actually did a great job of imitating the art, imitating life. Others just wanted the usual selfie shot. These are two of the better “posers” I happened to photograph.
“Two crouching men.”
“Dude and Dudette”
“Watching the world pass by.”

If you’re experiencing deja vu it’s because the colour versions of these photos have appeared in previous posts. How could I not repost these photos for the Weekly Photo Challenge, Life imitates Art?
